What you're paying for
Every plan is billed monthly or yearly, and there is no free plan. Each plan gives you minutes of video to clip and AI credits for the extra tools, every billing month.
100 AI credits
500 AI credits
1,200 AI credits
Paying yearly saves 20%: $15, $39 or $79 a month, billed once a year. Exports are unlimited on every plan. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies.
Cancelling
Cancel from billing settings in one click. No email, no form, nobody to talk to first.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for: the month, or the year if you pay yearly. You keep your plan until then.
- You're not charged again after you cancel.
- Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period. It stops the next one. If you're inside the 7-day window below, ask for a refund as well.
Changing plan
- Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated, so you pay the difference for the rest of the period, not a fresh full price.
- Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Nothing is charged or credited today, and your current plan stays in force until then.
Refunds
Seven days, full refund, as long as the minutes and credits are unused. That applies to any purchase, monthly or yearly. Ask within 7 days of paying, with the minutes and AI credits that payment gave you still unused, and you get all of it back.
- Trying one tiny thing doesn't void it. Trivial use is at our discretion and we're reasonable about it, so ask rather than assume.
- Partial use gets a partial refund. If you've used some of the minutes or credits, any refund is proportional to what's left, at our discretion.
- Write from the email on your Prow account. We match a refund to an account, not to a card or to the email on the Stripe receipt, so we can't verify a request from another address.
- The minutes and credits go back too. Refunding a payment removes what that payment granted.
- The money goes back the way it came. Same card, same account. We send it as soon as we agree it; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
After 7 days, or once the minutes and credits are used, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise: the processing they paid for has already been done.
That's the rule, not the whole story. If something went wrong on our side (a job that failed and still used your minutes, a charge that shouldn't have happened, a plan that didn't do what this site said), write to support@prow.app whenever it happened. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
Nothing here removes a statutory right you have as a consumer where you live.
What happens to unused minutes and credits
- Minutes and AI credits you don't use roll over for 2 months, then expire.
- When a plan ends or an account closes, unused minutes and credits are forfeited.
- They have no cash value, can't be transferred and can't be exchanged for money.
Failed payments, currency and price changes
- If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it clears. Nothing is deleted while that happens.
- We charge in US dollars. If your bank converts the currency, a refund is converted at the rate on the day it's made, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly from what you paid. That gap is the exchange rate, not a partial refund.
- We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects their renewal.
How to ask for a refund
One email to support@prow.app, sent from the address on your Prow account. There's no form.
- Tell us which plan you paid for and roughly when.
- That's enough. We can see the payment and your minutes and credits from the account, so you don't need the receipt or your card number.
If the payment is inside the window and nothing has been used, the refund goes out the day we read your email.
